This is my new favorite snack food. I don’t know what it is, but the little squiggles are light and crispy and just barely kissed with salt.

They look like shrimp chips but I’ve only had Thai ones.
They’ve got no fishy flavor at all. We were at a bar last night and the bowl of mixed snacks they served us had a light fishy flavor, so may have involved shrimp chips, but I don’t think these are. The cook at our cooking lesson served us similar snacks and said they were a wheat cracker, so when I saw these I grabbed them in case they were those. I don,t think they’re quite as good as the ones we were served, but may just be a different brand.
